While working at The Mill Chicago we were approached by School of Motion to create an introduction video for their new VFX for Motion class.
Learning new tricks is hard, especially if those require explosions. I had this idea of a terrible magician that couldn't do any real tricks, but when he leaned into his VFX toolkit, man, what came out of it was real magic.
